My personal plea in regards to the "ALGBA Annual Brood Fowl Auction"

The breeding of Gamefowl has been throughout history an honorable profession and hobby here in Alabama. It contributes significantly to the development of good character and good citizenship.
The ALGBA helps in efforts for the improvement of the various breeds of Gamefowl, to improve marketing methods, as well as to cooperate with Universities and other agencies in poultry disease control, and to further develop and enhance the general good health of Gamefowl.
Alabama Gamefowl Breeders Association's primary mission is "To perpetuate and preserve the gamefowl in it's present state of splendor". This auction is designed to help continue these efforts. Without the support from Gamefowl enthusiast, these spectacular Gamefowl cannot continue to exist & prosper.
The future of the Gamefowl is in your hands, help donate to this cause. For in the very end, this cause is "Ours", Yours & mine alike.
Thank You for your contributions,
BamaRed
